Cogswell College's Internship Program works closely with academic departments and Career Development at the College with the goal of better preparing students for work in their related fields of study.
Internships are a great way to get practicle experience in your field. They add to your resume, and in some cases, lead to a full time job after graduation. It is recommended that every student take an internship before graduating.
Career Development has a list of companies and studios with on-going internships as well as information to help you search for the right experience for you. Visit the Job Board often as we post all internships we receive on a weekly basis.
Faculty and staff members are also notified about openings and help inform students. Students who are interested and qualified will apply for the internship by sending their resume and sample work directly to the company contact.
Take some time to attend a resume workshop or a demo reel session so your application materials are professional. You may be a student, but your work should look as good as any professional!
