Cogswell's 2013 Commencement Ceremony will be held on:

Free parking is available at the museum and discounted tickets to the museum will be available to grads and families.
If you plan to participate in the ceremony, please complete the Commencement Participation Form and return it to Rachael Reisdorf by March 29, 2013.

Commencement Tickets & Invitations
Each graduate may request up to ten (10) tickets to Commencement. Personalized graduation stationary and invitations can be ordered directly Jostens web site at www.jostens.com.
Caps and Gowns
Caps and Gowns will be available for pick up from Rachael Reisdorf at the mandatory rehearsal on April 26. You will receive an email to your Cogswell email address when you may stop by and pick yours up.
Out of town FS graduates may pick up their cap and gown at check-in prior to the ceremony.
Photographs
Senior portraits are scheduled for Friday, April 26 between 12:00 and 4:00. If you are out of town and cannot attend on the 26th, there will be a limited amount of appointments available the morning of Commencement. Please make an appointment for your sitting on either day with Rachael Reisdorf (rreisdorf@cogswell.edu). In addition to senior portraits, the photographer will also take a group photo of all the graduates and a photo of you as you receive your diploma. Each graduating senior will receive one 8x10 of their choice (the group photo, the diploma shot, or their senior portrait) as a gift from Cogswell. All other portraits will be ordered at the graduate's expense directly from the photographer.
Class Rings

MANDATORY REHERSAL
Commencement rehearsal will be held on Friday, April 26 at 4:30 p.m in the Dragon's Den at Cogswell College. This rehearsal is mandatory for all graduating seniors planning to attend the Commencement ceremony. FS graduates should try to attend, but if you are from outside the immediate area and do not plan to be in Silicon Valley before May 11, you are excused from rehearsal. Please contact Rachael Reisdorf (rreisdorf@cogswell.edu) for any last minute details.
Senior Dinner
A Senior Dinner for graduating seniors will be held on Friday, May 10 at 6:30 pm in the Dragon's Den. Please RSVP by April 26 to Rachael Reisdorf (rreisdorf@cogswell.edu) with the number attending. Your significant other and family are invited as well - please keep the number of guests to 4 or less.
