Location: San Jose, CA
Reading tutors work with local students at reading centers based in elementary schools in the San Jose area. Tutoring sessions are 45 minutes each. Tutors may combine three 45 minute sessions for a 2 hour and 15 minute commitment and work with three different students. Tutors chose the hours and days of the week most convenient for them.

A fingerprint check is required of all volunteer tutors. A 1 1/2 hour training session is mandatory.
