Ralph W. Boy is a Process Architect with the Boeing Company in Everett Washington, where he specializes in development of design processes for the future. He is also President of Quarterturn Inc., a company which provides specialized cabling for aircraft maintenance. He is active with the Assistance League of Everett, a chapter of a national organization which provides clothing, dental care and other services to disadvantaged school children, the Puget Sound Blood Bank and other philanthropic projects. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Henry Cogswell College and an MBA from City University of Seattle.
