Born and raised in San Diego, CA, Bruce Dahms manages the library at Cogswell. He is a member of the American Library Association, the Association of College and Research Libraries, the California Library Association, and the Special Libraries Association.

Bruce studied far and wide, attending Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA., California Concordia College, Oakland, CA; Concordia Senior College, Fort Wayne, IN; Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, MO; and Columbia University, New York, NY where he earned his M.S.L.S.

Unsurprisingly, Bruce is an avid reader, but he also qualifies as a political junkie, follows issues relating to the gay and lesbian commuities and enjoys classic films of all genres and times.
