• Internship Contract

If you are interested in receiving course credit for your internship, have your supervisor complete the Internship Contract.

• Study Plan

You must submit a 2 page study plan along with the Intern Contract before registering for the Internship Class. This paper is a brief discussion of the goals you have for your experience and how you plan to achieve them.

• Evaluation

Towards the end of the internship, you will complete a brief evaluation of the internship. This, along with 2 papers, will be used in assigning a grade for the course.
